I liked the hotel it was very nice and cozy ,few steps to the euro park and the staff were very helpful and nice I would recommended this hotel to every one

There were no sound proof between the room ,I can hear the sound from my noisy beaver mybe I was unlucky . But the hotel was very good

The hotel was very clean, the staff spoke good english and were very polite. We only stayed for one night and the room was large and bright and the beds very comfortable. Great value for money.

We discovered affordable rates, enjoyed a meal at a lovely restaurant downstairs, the location was great with a quick walk to the historic city center, and the property was situated in a secure neighborhood.

Resiption was very kind and helpfull ,Very clean , comfort size of the suit, no bad smells, good breakfast & I recommend this hotel as it's 2 min walk to Europe park, free car parking .my family injoy staying in this hotel.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay here. Loved to be here, the hotel was reasonably clean and ideal, the location was magnificent and favourable in a safe gated area. The stuff where extremely friendly and amiable, great services. The room especially for young children needing sleep. The breakfast served was rich with hams and cheeses, as for instance. Location: the property was close to nearby Europa Park and the restaurant and Casa Rustica. Lucky that it was just a short stroll away from Euro Kebap, offering food to go.

Air-conditioned and good sized rooms with a queen or king sized bed and excellent service. Great and absolutely perfect location in a safe gated area, easy to get anywhere...

Great value for money, especially for families with young children. The family suite with bunk beds and separate bedroom was perfect for us. The hotel's location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from Europa Park. It's very convenient, especially if you have little ones who get tired easily. The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing special gluten-free food for our sister with allergies. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh breads, cheeses, hams, and fruits. It was a great way to start the day before heading to the park.

No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

My family (husband, myself and 2 kids aged 10 and 11) loved everything about this hotel. The owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and spotlessly clean and there is a pizza and pasta restaurant on the ground floor. This is the first time we stayed here and will definitely stay again.

The only thing that could be upgraded was the wi fi access. It was very easy from the lobby, but shaky from the room itself. Not a big problem though as we came to see Europapark, not work.
